According to police documents acquired by TMZ Sports, Jeff Hardy was found passed out in a stairwell and reeked of booze when police found him. Hardy admitted to consuming vodka before the police found him.

Hardy was originally arrested over the weekend in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for Public Intox. He was released on a $200 bond. He was facing a misdemeanor charge originally, but after paying a $153 ticket for his Public Intox, his case is considered closed.

Jeff could fight this ticket in court, but that is probably unlikely to happen , since he is no longer facing a conviction on his record.
