Backstage News On How WWE SmackDown Live Was Run This Week

Vince McMahon was reportedly not in attendance at SmackDown Live this week but did keep in contact with those in the Gorilla position via phone.
Triple H was leading production with Bruce Prichard in Grollia. Prichard is believed to be the one who pushed the hardest to get Bischoff his role as an executive director of SmackDown, according to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer.
The lead writer Ryan Ward is expected to remain in his role unless Bischoff pushes for changes.
Bischoff will begin his new role next week.
