The famous Dixie Carter presidential address in which she addressed the whole TNA roster and told them either get behind the direction of the company or find some else to work took place almost a decade ago. The landscape of professional has changed considerably since then and as pointed out by Twitter user @ian_stewart7 almost everyone on that roster is either in WWE or AEW now.

TNA rebranded as Impact Wrestling and is a totally different company, one that hasn't recovered fully from lots of false starts and poor business decisions during the Carter era.
