AEW Provides Injury Update For Cody Rhodes Following Brutal Chair Shot At Fyter Fest

Cody's head was sent spinning at Fyter Fest when he took a bludgeoning chair shot after his match with Darby Allin. The conclusion lead to the time limit exceeding and fans chanting "5 more minutes". When it looked like the match might get some overtime, Shawn Spears ran in and with absolutely no holding back smashed Cody's skull into a bloody mess. AEW provided an update on this injury and it looks like Cody is OK as far as concussions go but he's +12 staples to the head currently.
