WWE And Mattel Announce SDCC Exclusive 'Macho Man' Randy Savage Slim Jim Figure

A figure of former WWE Champion 'Macho Man' Randy Savage in his iconic Slim Jim commercial will be released as a San Diego Comic Con exclusive. 

The figure depicts Savage in his iconic attire he wore in various advertisements for the savoury snack, complete with mini Slim-Jims.

Savage's brother Lanny Poffo, best known in WWE as The Genius, spoke highly of the deal.

He said: "Randy loved Slim Jim and Slim Jim loved him. He believed in the product and saw this as another way to be accessible to his fans.

"Because of the WWE Network and Mattel, it’s fantastic that his memory is never going to die. Randy wasn’t special because he was chosen, he was chosen because he was special—and there will never be another."

San Diego Comic-Con will take place from the 18-21 of July.
