WWE NXT Takeover XXV: Shayna Baszler defeats Io Shirai

The match was high-impact with Shayna Baszler leaving her friends backstage before the match.  Io gets a nearfall when Shayna's posse comes out.  Candace LeRae comes out to take them out with Kendo sticks!  Io and Shayna trade blows and rollups before it eventually transitions into a rear naked choke from Shayna Baszler!  Io tries to fight out of it, but she eventually succumbs with a tap out to give Shayna the win!

After the match, Io Shirai attacks Shayna Baszler with a kendo stick viciously!  She floors Shayna before climbing to the top, being handed a steel chair from Candace, and performing a moonsault with the chair down onto Shayna.  She leaves with Candace as the crowd chants "You Deserve It!" at Shayna.
