Update On WWE's Decision To Have Brock Lesnar Win At Money In The Bank

Brock Lesnar's return and shock victory at last night's Money In The Bank has people wondering when the decision was made to have him win the MITB briefcase.

The belief as of a couple of weeks ago was that Lesnar was due back soon with rumors swirling that he was due to face Seth Rollins for the WWE Universal Championship at the upcoming Super Showdown in Saudi. So while his win at MITB was unexpected his return was not.

According to WrestleVotes, WWE was considering either Drew McIntyre or Ali to win the briefcase but it appears WWE changed that decision at the very last minute.

The Brock decision was made last weekend. Up until that point it was nearly a 50/50 tossup between McIntyre & Ali to take the briefcase.
