WWE Performance Center Recruits 40 Athletes, Ivelisse Vélez Included Among Them

The WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida recruited 40 athletes this week for their second tryout camp of 2019. Included among them was former WWE Tough Enough competitor and former FCW/NXT talent Ivelisse Velez.

Fans may know Ivelisse for her work in the independent circuit, as well as Lucha Underground on El Rey Network. During her previous tenure with WWE, she was known as Sofia Cortez in Florida Championship Wrestling, which was later re-named to NXT.
