According to a report from Slice Wrestling, the two top candidates to win the Women's Money in the Bank briefcase this year are Charlotte Flair or possibly Sasha Banks, if WWE officials can convince Sasha to return to the company. As was reported earlier this week, Sasha has reportedly informed WWE officials that she has no interest in returning to WWE programming unless they plan on giving her a renewed push as one of the top female Superstars on the roster.
According to the new report from Slice Wrestling, WWE officials are trying to come up with ways that they could give Sasha a rejuvenated push if she returns, and one of the ideas being discussed is to have her win the Women's Money in the Bank briefcase and then presumably go on to become Women's Champion on either Raw or SmackDown Live.
