Jazz Issues Statement About Having to Vacate NWA World Women's Championship

As was previously reported, NWA World Women's Champion Jazz has relinquished the NWA Women's Title and a new champion will be crowned this weekend.
The former two-time WWE Women's Champion issued the following statements on Twitter:
Due to medical and personal issues in my life at this time. I’m having to turn the belt over without defending it. I will post again soon... Thanks for your support
