Future Plans For WWE U.S. Champion Samoa Joe Revealed

Dave Meltzer noted on the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio that WWE officials are considering Braun Strowman challenging Joe for the U.S. title going forward. Joe will join the Raw brand.

Joe was scheduled to be on this week’s Raw in Montreal, QC at the Bell Centre but couldn't appear due to sickness.

This also explains why the Finn Balor and this Intercontinental Championship were moved to SmackDown Live.
