Dave Bautista took to Twitter to announce that he is retiring from sports entertainment after his No Holds Barred WrestleMania 35 match against Triple H, which he lost. The showdown was not a career for career match, only for Triple H was an in-ring career in peril had he lost.
@WWEUniverse Thank you for letting me entertain you. I love this business and whether you cheered me or jeered me, I’m grateful for being a small part of your life. I am officially retired from sports entertainment and I am grateful for every second of my amazing journey ✌🏼

Of course this isn't the last breath for Batista in the entertainment world, as he has a movie coming out called "Stuber" due to premiere on July 12th, 2019. The following is a plot synopsis from Wikipedia:
Mild-mannered Uber driver named Stu picks up a grizzled detective who is hot on the trail of a sadistic, bloodthirsty terrorist and finds himself thrust into a harrowing ordeal where he has to keep his wits, avoid danger, and work with his passenger while maintaining his high customer service rating.
Also it would be assumed he will be reprising his role as Drax in future filmings of Guardians of the Galaxy. IMDB has an entry for the 3rd installment of the series, but so far only two cast members are listed and is set to premiere in 2022 according to the movie indexing site.
