Madsen attacked Hart when the former WWF Champion was accepting his second Hall of Fame induction, due to his work in the Hart Foundation.
Fortunately, several Superstars, including Dash Wilder and MMA star Travis Browne were able to stop him.
According to CBS, Madsen faces two counts of assault, one count of trespassing and a misdemeanour charge of violation of local law.
