Have Rey Fénix & Pentagón Jr. Joined All Elite Wrestling?

It appears as though Rey Fénix and Pentagón Jr. (the Lucha Brothers) have agreed to join the upstart All Elite Wrestling promotion. They were invited by The Young Bucks at an event last night and seemingly accepted the offer:
