WWE is set to lose Dean Ambrose from their roster in a few months, unless his mind can be changed, according to Wade Keller of PWTorch.
Ambrose has reportedly given his notice to the company and will end his commitments with WWE by the end of April, this has reportedly been confirmed by multiple sources in the company.
Ambrose was offered a new contract and raise but told Vince McMahon recently that this wasn't enough as he is frustrated with the direction of his character and he wants to end negations. The contract he turned down was a new five-year deal worth seven figures per year, according to PWInsider.
It is believed only a small circle of Ambrose's close friends knew of his decision. His departure will of course make him one of the hottest free agents and no doubt All Elite Wrestling will be keen to negotiate with him as they look to launch their brand.
