Becky Lynch arguably had the biggest moment of last night's WWE Royal Rumble when she first lost her match against Asuka, but gained serious momentum by winning the second-ever women’s Royal Rumble match and guaranteed her spot at WrestleMania 35.
Prior to all this "The Man" took part in a Q&A on her official Twitter in which she was asked if she would take on The Rock. She posed this questions to her following and none other than The Rock himself responded.
Let’s break @wwe records. One night. One match. Winner take all. (but I’ll only put you over clean via a very awkward, slightly botched sunset flip, or a regular suplex pronounced “vertical soo-flay”.— Dwayne Johnson (@TheRock) January 27, 2019
Kick ass tonight and as always, have fun. #royalrumble
You’re on. Let’s make some history. #TheManSmellsWhatsCookin— The Man (@BeckyLynchWWE) January 27, 2019
Given WWE had Nia Jax compete in last night's men's Royal Rumble, could intergender matches be making a return and would The Rock vs. Becky Lynch 'break WWE records' as The Rock suggests?
