More Backstage Details on The Revival's Frustration with WWE

There have been reports coming out during the week that Monday Night Raw Superstars and former NXT Tag Team Champions Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder, collectively known as The Revival, requested their release from WWE in the backstage area after performing on this past Monday's Raw.

ProWrestlingSheet.com has provided more details on why exactly Dawson and Wilder are unhappy in WWE at the moment. According to their report, The Revival are not just frustrated about their own careers, but they are unhappy with the entire tag team wrestling scene in WWE at the moment. They reportedly feel as though WWE does not put enough emphasis on tag team wrestling, or making their Tag Team Championships seem relevant.

ProWrestlingSheet.com's report also says that one major point that Dawson and Wilder were upset about was the fact that Bobby Roode and Chad Gable, the current Raw Tag Team Champions, were not even featured on Monday's episode of Raw.

Lastly, their report does note that The Revival has been in communication with WWE officials since Monday, but their status is currently unknown.
