NXT UK Superstar Dakota Kai has revealed that she will undergo surgery on a torn ACL injury she suffered late last year.
Kai suffered the injury during a 6-Woman tag match in NXT on December 7, where she teamed with Candice LeRae and Kairi Sane to face Shayna Baszler, Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir.
Taking to Twitter, the New Zealand Superstar said how she dreaded telling the fans, as she didn't want to let them down.
Despite this, the 30-year-old star remains positive following the announcement.
" I’m surrounded by amazing people, doctors, trainers, and you. It helps more than I can explain especially being so far away from my family. The amount of positivity and support I have received already has been so overwhelming."
