Cody Rhodes and The Young Bucks (The Elite) have reportedly turned down massive contracts which are said to have been the seven-figure range from WWE, according to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
Dave Meltzer reports that they were all offered "main event money" but decided to decline the offer, which has lead to much speculation about their future for 2019 given they are also not involved with Ring Of Honor anymore.
The leading rumor is that Rhodes and The Young Bucks are poised to launch a wrestling promotion, which is also rumored to be funded by the Son of Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shahid Khan.
Chris Jericho and Jim Ross have also been linked to it and there are many who feel a number of WWE Superstars will jump ship if it takes off.
