It looks as if WWE plans on having Ronda Rousey go up against Charlotte Flair at the WWE Royal Rumble pay-per-view on January 28, a rematch from Survivor Series. 

The news was revealed by Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio who said, "I’m pretty sure they’re gonna go with Ronda and Charlotte at Royal Rumble. Based on everything I heard, that was the direction".

At one stage there was some talk about this match taking place at WrestleMania 35, it's still possible they go with a best of three but some sources are not sure they will book the match again.

It is unknown how the match will be set up given both women are on different brands, but there has been some speculation that Charlotte will be moving back to Raw.
