Bryan Alvarez revealed on the most recent edition of Wrestling Observer Live that he has been told by an insider WWE source that there are plans to turn around the company's declining ratings, especially their flagship broadcast Monday Night Raw.
There is real concern within the company that they need to do more given Roman Reigns is out battling illness, John Cena is winding down and their Saudi Arabia deal is under fierce criticism.
The word is that there will be something big happening in January or at least something that will get people tuning in again. Alvarez didn't elaborate much more beyond that but did tell listeners not to get their hopes up too much.
