According to a report from Fightful.com, former WWE NXT Women's Champion Asuka could be in line for a renewed push on the SmackDown Live brand.
On the November 13, 2018 edition of SD Live when Becky Lynch was deciding on who would replace her to face Ronda Rousey at Survivor Series, Asuka received a considerable reaction from the fans in attendance. According to the report from Fightful.com, WWE Chairman & CEO Vince McMahon was surprised by the reaction that she got from the fans. This is also the reason why Asuka has been added to the SmackDown Women's Championship Match at Tables, Ladders and Chairs along with Becky and Charlotte Flair.
No word on what WWE might have planned for Asuka after the TLC pay-per-view, but the reaction that she received from the fans in that particular segment on November 13th did not go unnoticed by WWE officials.
