Vince McMahon Made Major Changes To Monday's WWE Raw Following George HW Bush’s Death

Last week Vince McMahon reportedly decided to rewrite Raw at the last hour which lead to the lowest-rated episode in almost 25 years, and this week he also did the same due to the passing of President George H.W. Bush, according to Dave Meltzer on this morning’s Wrestling Observer Radio.

McMahon reportedly turned up 3 hours before the show was due to go on air after visiting his Mother and decided that too many heels were going over and with the passing of President Bush the fans in Houston, Texas needed to be sent home happy, so that's why Finn Balor went over and Ronda Rousey stood tall, because more happiness was ordered to be injected into the show.
