Larry “The Axe” Hennig Passes Away At Age 82

WrestlingNewsSource.com is saddened to report via pro wrestling journalist Mike Mooneyham that legendary grappler Larry “The Axe” Hennig has passed away at the age of 82.

As of the initial reports, there is no word surrounding Hennig’s cause of death.

Hennig was the father of late WWE Hall of Famer “Mr. Perfect” Curt Hennig, as well as the grandfather of current WWE Superstar Curtis Axel.
