Adidas has reportedly filed a request with the United States Patent & Trademark Office opposing the logo Vince McMahon registered for his Alpha Entertainment company. The company was set up to help relaunch the XFL in 2020.

Adidas is reportedly arguing that Alpha’s logo is infringing on the one for Adidas. Adidas will have until March 6, 2019, to file an opposition or ask an extension.
