WWE.com is reporting that Triple H is in need of surgery after suffering a torn pectoral in his main event tag team match alongside Shawn Michaels against the Brother's of Destruction. Viewer's may have noticed the awkward pedigree he delivered to Kane to end the match and before that seemed to be in a lot of pain. He will undergo surgery next week and will miss significant time.
