WWE Rumored To Be Making Big Announcement Tonight (SPOILER)

The design for the belts was completed months ago and WWE has just been waiting for the right moment to debut them.
PWInsider is also speculating an announcement will take place tonight, “Tonight would certainly make perfect sense to announce them, so stay tuned.” - Mike Johnson.
