WWE U.K. Champion Pete Dunne Reportedly Injured

WWE United Kingdom Champion "The Bruiserweight" Pete Dunne is reportedly dealing with an injury which caused him to miss some recent shows for the Destiny Wrestling promotion. Destiny issued a brief statement about it on their official Facebook page.

According to a report from The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dunne might be dealing with some type of leg injury, possibly with one of his feet. He was said to have been noticeably limping during a match with Ilja Dragunov at a PROGRESS Wrestling event on September 30th.

However, Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer noted that Dunne is not expected to miss the next set of WWE NXT U.K. tapings on October 13th and 14th.
