Matt Hardy has one again sparked retirement rumors. At a recent house show, a fan urged him not to hang up his boots to which he responded, “Unfortunately, I don’t have a choice. This was probably my last match ever.”  That being said, Hardy wrestled the next night. Regardless, it has been reported by Wrestling Observer Newsletter that he has been dealing with several injuries and that he has been working as a backstage producer as recently as SummerSlam so Hardy's in-ring career may very well be nearing an end.
