Mick Foley Not Taking Any Bumps At Hell In A Cell

As seen on Monday Night Raw this week, it was announced that Mick Foley Will be the special guest referee for the Hell In A Cell match for the Universal Championship between Braun Strowman and Roman Reigns. However, Dave Meltzer is reporting that the hardcore icon is prohibited from taking any bumps. This isn't really surprising given that Foley underwent hip replacement surgery last year.
