Bret Hart Participates in Special Ceremony with Indigenous Blackfoot People in Canada

WWE.com has posted an article about how 2006 WWE Hall of Famer and former WWE and WCW World Champion Bret "The Hitman" Hart recently participated in a special ceremony at Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He was given the Blackfoot name of "Courageous Chief" by Miiksika’am (Clarence Wolfleg Senior), a Siksika Nation Elder.

Bret spoke to The Calgary Herald about the ceremony:

“I feel like I’m here representing the whole family, and I know my father [Stu Hart] always had a really strong relationship with the First Nations community,” Hart told the newspaper. “I know this day would have been special to him.”
