WWE Confirms That Aleister Black Will Not Be In NXT Takeover Brooklyn Main Event Due To Injury

William Regal confirmed that Aleister Black is out of the NXT Takeover: Brooklyn IV main event through injury. He also revealed that Tommaso Ciampa will now defend the NXT Championship against Johnny Gargano in a Last Man Standing match.
