Colt Cabana (Scott Colton) is suing CM Punk (Phillip Brooks) for breach of contract and fraud following the recent defamation lawsuit win over WWE's Dr. Chris Amann, according to The Chicago Sun Times.
The lawsuit claims,"Brooks acted with fraud, malice and oppression toward Colton, with the deliberate intention of causing Colton harm."
Colton is reported to have legal fees of up to $513,736 which Punk said were "100% covered" in a text message but things between the good friends have seemingly turned sour and Brooks allegedly said, "You are on your own."
Colt looking to receive $200,000 in general damages, plus $1 million in punitive and exemplary damages.
It is worth noting that while both started the lawsuit with the same legal team at some stage during proceedings this changed and Cabana hired his own attorney.
