An 'Over Budget' Battle Royale has been announced for upcoming independent supershow, All In. 

Announced on the event's Twitter, the match will feature 15 stars, including Chicago native, Colt Cabana. 

All In is the product of Cody and the Young Bucks, and will take place September 1 in Chicago, IL, with the event being streamed and the first hour being streamed for free online.
