[GRAPHIC] R-Truth Shares Photos Of Injury That Kept Him Out Of Action

SmackDown Live superstar R-Truth has shared several images of the injury that kept him off WWE television for a year, in a post on Instagram.

Truth had a serious shoulder injury, that required two surgeries to remove the broken pieces of bone.
