Did WWE Try to Close Tommy Dreamer's House of Hardcore a Few Years Ago?

Former two-time ECW World Heavyweight Champion Tommy Dreamer recently revealed in an interview that when he returned to WWE back in 2015 to team with The Dudley Boyz and Rhyno to face The Wyatt Family, WWE offered him a contract worth a lot of money, but it would have required him to cease operations of his House of Hardcore promotion, so he refused.
