James Ellsworth NOT Under Contract With WWE

James Ellsworth is not under contract with the WWE, despite appearing on SmackDown Live and at pay per views.
According to Dave Meltzer, Ellsworth is being used on a per-date basis, and is not appearing at live events.
Ellsworth is reportedly still looking at taking bookings on indie shows, despite appearing on WWE TV at the moment.
