Hulk Hogan is not set to appear tonight on Monday Night Raw unless via satellite or in a pre-taped segment because he has already taken a flight home to Tampa.
WWE wants to take Hogan's return slow because they are aware that a large portion of their fanbase hasn't forgiven him for his racist comments and are not happy that the company has decided to reinstate him back in the WWE Hall of Fame.
Hogan was backstage during last night's Extreme Rules and gave an emotional apology to the WWE locker room for comments he made a number of years ago. The speech went down well and many of the talent hugged and shook his hand.
Hogan hasn't signed a new deal with the company yet but he is expected to return in an ambassador type role with some special appearances on television. There are no plans to have Hogan return in the ring, and at 64 it would seem highly unlikely Vince McMahon would approve that.
