Shinsuke Nakamura Wins United States Championship At WWE Extreme Rules

At tonight’s WWE Extreme Rules event, Shinsuke Nakamura defeated Jeff Hardy to become the brand new United States Champion.

Prior to the match beginning, Nakamura hit Hardy with a low blow, but Hardy said he would be able to continue. Mere seconds after the bell rang, Hardy was hit with Nakamura’s Kinshasa Knee Strike and pinned.

Nakamura’s victory marks his first reign as champion.
