On tonight's edition of WWE SmackDown Live, United States Champion Jeff Hardy issued a U.S. Open Challenge, which was answered by former two-time U.S. Champion The Miz.
After a competitive match, Hardy was able to hit the Twist of Fate and a Swanton Bomb to retain his United States Championship.
