It appears Hulk Hogan has another legal battle heading his way, brother. It could cost Hogan a lot of money if the court rules against the WWE Hall of Famer. Linda Bollea, the wife of  Hulk Hogan, is claiming that The Hulkster is hiding money from her.

The Daily Mail is reporting that Linda is demanding her 40 percent of his earnings as part of a divorce settlement from their divorce in 2007. Linda says that Hulk can be held in contempt of court if he does not pay up.

The divorce battle ended in 2009. The end resulted in Linda getting 70 percent of Hulk’s liquid assets and properties worth $3 million. She was also awarded an ongoing 40 percent share in revenue from Hulk’s businesses and that is what she claims he is refusing to pay. 

Legal documents that were filed on Friday, Linda is asking for payment from seven different companies under Hogan’s name, and she has accused him of attempting to conceal his earnings from those companies. Linda claims that she and Hogan created his wrestling persona together and that she was ‘instrumental’ in his success while also raising their children.

Linda also accuses him of having ‘multiple adulterous affairs in or around September 2007″ and that he ‘began a scheme and shell game to conceal and tie up the parties’ assets and income.’ She says that all of this led up to her decision to file for divorce in 2007. She is asking for an accounting of what she says is owed to her from July 2013 onwards. If he fails to pay up then she wants Hogan to be held in contempt of court.
