Today, June 28, marks 20 years since King of the Ring 1998, where The Undertaker famously threw Mankind off the top of Hell In A Cell.
Crashing on the announce table, Mankind barely moved for several minutes, with Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler speculating that the fall had killed him.
Despite this, Mankind returned to the match, only to lose to the Deadman. In the main event, Kane defeated Stone Cold Steve Austin to claim the WWF Championship, and Ken Shamrock won the King of the Ring tournament.
