Sheamus Reflects on Beating Cena for WWE Title, Says Cesaro Will Be a World Champion

WWE SmackDown Live Superstar "The Celtic Warrior" Sheamus recently spoke to TelegraphHerald.com.

Looking back at his WWE Championship win over John Cena at WWE TLC in 2009:

“It was crazy It was a little bit of a blur. I didn’t know I was going to win the title until that day. I did a segment with Mark Cuban where I held the title in my hands and I thought, ‘This is awesome. This is crazy.’ Then a week or two later they were putting my name on the title and it was nuts. It’s one of those things that feels like a fantasy come true. It was a great way to kick off my career in WWE.”

Becoming a multiple-time WWE Tag Team Champion with Cesaro:

“It was new waters as I’d never been in a tag team before. It was an opportunity to do something different and prove to the fans what we could do. I feel like we did give the tag division on Raw a huge boost. We’ve had some epic feuds. We’re just always ready to go and no matter what happens, Cesaro is the best in the world. He’s the real G-O-A-T and one day he will be World Champion.”
