The XFL Officially Appoints Commissioner and CEO

The XFL has officially announced Oliver Luck as the Commissioner and CEO of the league. Luck is a former NFL and NCAA executive and former quarterback.

The announcement was made on XFL social media this morning with Luck talking about plans for a much more fast-paced and simpler game.

The league is set to kick off in January 2020.
