WWE U.K. Competitors No Longer Allowed to Work for Revolution Pro Wrestling?

According to the Revolution Pro Wrestling promotion based out of the United Kingdom, talents who have signed on to be a part of WWE's U.K. Division will no longer be allowed to work for RPW.
Revolution Pro sent out the following Tweet:
Sadly those in the tournament and those who have also signed but aren't in the tournament will no longer be appearing for us. https://t.co/9gqZOxFCkZ
