Tenille Dashwood has said that she felt "revived" following her transition from WWE to Ring of Honor.
Speaking to TV Insider, Dashwood said that ROH made her feel like things were going to be okay.
She said: "There is a different lifestyle out there and this way it can be a bit more rewarding doing things on my time and on my schedule and my way."
"It’s just a little more rewarding meeting the fans, having merchandise for them, and all those little things that come with it now."
Dashwood was part of WWE from 2011-2017, appearing as a part of NXT and RAW.
The former Emma also spoke on advice she received from fellow former WWE star Cody.
"We talked about how to go about things and make sure I enjoy it and taking advantage of the opportunities I have now," she said.
"Just to do the things I haven’t been able to do in years."
Dashwood debuted in ROH in February this year, reaching the semi-finals of the 'Women of Honor' tournament, before being defeated by eventual winner Sumie Sakai.
