A rape allegation that was a factor in former Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore being released by WWE has officially been dropped.
In a letter from Amore's personal counsel Tom Cargill, it has been revealed that the Phoenix Police Department found no sufficient evidence in the case.
Amore was accused of raping a woman in October, which according to the accuser, led to her staying in a mental hospital for 45 days.
Amore was released from WWE in January, just hours after the allegation was made.
