RAW Women's Champion Nia Jax will defend her title against Ronda Rousey at Money In The Bank on June 17. 

The challenge was made at the 2018 NBCUniversal Upfront event, with Ronda saying she happily accepts Nia's challenge. 

"When we're outside of the ring, then we can still be respectful to each other. We all have the same goals. We're all trying to lift the women's division and to show people that we have more to offer than they've given us credit for in the past," she told E! Online. 

Jax captured the title at WrestleMania 34, the same night Rousey made her in-ring debut. 

Speaking about the challenge, Jax said the former UFC star was a unique opponent. 

She said: "I've never been in a ring with somebody like Ronda," Jax told E! News. "She's one of a kind, so there definitely has to be an alteration to my regimen and I'm looking forward to it."

The NBCUniversal Upfront event occurs annually, and is when the network show what they have planned for the coming year.
