WWE Officials Reportedly Upset With Big Cass Over SmackDown Segment

SmackDown Live superstar Big Cass reportedly has 'heat' backstage, after going off script in his promo on Daniel Bryan, during the go-home show for WWE Backlash.

During the segment on SmackDown Live, Cass brought out a little person dressed as Bryan, hit him with a Big Boot, before attacking him with punches and slaps.

Whilst backstage officials agreed on using the Big Boot, they did not agree with Cass' suggestion to punch the imposter. The idea was also shut down by Vince McMahon.

Cass is now being described as being in "hot water" by ProWrestlingSheet's Ryan Satin, and this may explain why he was not featured on this week's SmackDown Live.

At Backlash, Bryan made Big Cass tap out to the Yes! Lock, but was hit with a Big Boot post-match.
