Cody Announces Plans To Run For Texas State Senate In 2020

Independent superstar Cody has said he plans to run for the Texas State Senate in 2020.

Making the announcement on the season premiere of 'Being the Elite', Cody said despite being the American Nightmare, he still believes in the American dream.

His decision follows in the footsteps of professional wrestlers entering politics, including Jesse Ventura, who was Minnesota governor from 1999-2003, and Kane, who recently won the Mayoral primary for Knox County, Tennessee.
